The one-week plan!

1. Add your buddy on SnapHabit.

2. Introduce yourself over SnapHabit message. Ask two questions:

  • Fun question to answer (Pick 1)
    • What is a belief you hold strongly, that few people do?
    • What was the best invention of the last 50 years?
    • What is one skill you've improved at during quarantine? Do you plan on keeping this up in the future?
  • What is your #1 priority and how can I support you in making this happen?

3. Check in regularly (1-2 minutes per day)

4. After 1 week, reflect over chat. Scheduling a photo or video call is also encouraged.

    • What was your biggest highlight last week?
    • What was your biggest obstacle?
  • Feedback
    • Is there anything I should start doing to make this accountability partnership better?
    • Is there anything I should stop doing?
